Why Aurora Care Exists

Aurora Care was created to help people feel safer, calmer, and better supported when they use a computer — no matter where they live or which trusted local provider serves them.

For more than 20 years, I have worked with people whose computers stopped working, whose email accounts were compromised, or who had become victims of online scams.

Over the years, I have seen grandparents lose savings they worked their entire lives to build. I have seen families overwhelmed by scams. I have seen good people feel embarrassed because they trusted something that looked completely legitimate.

The hardest part was never fixing the computer.

The hardest part was seeing the fear, confusion, and frustration that came afterward. So many people blamed themselves when the truth was simple: modern scams are designed to fool ordinary people.

I realized that repairing computers after the damage was not enough. People needed help before the scary page, before the phone call, before the fake support trap, before the repeated pop-ups, and before one bad moment became a financial loss.

God put it on my heart to stop being only the person who fixes the damage afterward and become someone who helps prevent it in the first place.

That is why I created Aurora Care — not only for the people who walked into my own shop, but for families, seniors, grandparents, and everyday computer users everywhere.

Aurora Care is not just one tool. It is a growing care system for everyday computer life. It brings together computer care, safer browsing, protected email, message cleanup, updates, and friendly help into one simple experience that can be delivered directly or through trusted local providers.

Whether someone is checking email, paying bills, shopping online, reading messages, opening a browser, or trying to understand what their computer is doing, they deserve clear guidance and real protection without confusing language.

Not fear.
Not pressure.
Not corporate runaround.
Not confusing technical language.

Just clear guidance, simple protection, and friendly help when something does not look right.

I wanted to create something that quietly says:

“Let’s make sure this is safe first.”

Because staying protected should not require someone to become a computer expert — and getting good help should not depend on living near one particular shop.

Independent. Personal. Built to be shared.

Created at Denali Computers. Built to serve far beyond it.

Aurora Care began inside Denali Computers, but the need was never limited to one town or one customer list. It came from sitting across from real people, hearing what happened, seeing what went wrong, and realizing that the same fear and confusion are happening in homes and communities everywhere.

Trust matters. Aurora Care remains tied to a real person, real repair-shop experience, and a mission to serve with honesty, patience, and plain language. But the goal is larger now: help trusted local providers bring that same care to the people who already rely on them.

🏔️

Local trust

Built from years of helping real people, and designed to strengthen trusted local providers everywhere.

🤝

People helping people

Built so customers can receive clear answers from people they already trust.

🛡️

Practical care

Built around the computer, browser, email, and message problems people face every day.

A mission bigger than one shop

Aurora Care was never meant to stop at Denali Computers.

Denali Computers is where Aurora began. It is where the problems became personal, where the patterns became impossible to ignore, and where the first version of the solution was built.

But keeping Aurora available only to Denali customers would not be fair to the many people facing the same fear, confusion, fake warnings, and online pressure in other communities.

That is why Aurora Care Online is growing beyond one repair shop. Approved local providers can use Aurora to continue caring for their own customers after a repair is complete.

The local shop keeps the relationship. The customer keeps the person they already trust. Aurora provides the care system behind them.

🌎

Help beyond one community

Aurora is being built to reach people wherever trusted local providers are willing to serve them.

🏪

Strengthen local shops

Aurora helps independent shops remain the trusted support provider for their own customers.

🤲

Share the responsibility

Good tools should help more people, not stay hidden where only a few can benefit.

More than one product

Aurora Care supports the everyday places where people need help.

Real computer problems do not stay in one place. They can begin in a browser, an email, a message, an update, a confusing screen, or a support call. Aurora Care is being built as one calm system around those everyday moments, with local providers able to remain at the center of the customer relationship.

Aurora Care Desktop

The home base for computer care, help, updates, cleanup, and protection status.

Aurora Browser

A simpler browser experience for trusted websites, safer pages, and calmer browsing.

Aurora Mail

Email guidance for suspicious messages, safer links, trusted contacts, and everyday communication.

Help should travel

Aurora Care is here to help more people feel less alone with technology.

Whether someone comes directly to Aurora Care or receives it through a trusted local repair shop, the mission is the same: provide calm protection, clear guidance, and real help before a confusing moment becomes a harmful one.

My faith guides how I serve others. I believe that when you have been blessed with knowledge, experience, and opportunities to help people, you have a responsibility to use them well — not only for the people closest to you, but wherever that help can make a difference.

Aurora Care is one way I can do exactly that, by helping customers directly and by giving trusted local shops better tools to serve their own communities.
